These terms govern access to the GoChinChin invite-only beta on web and iOS.

You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, and invited to the beta. Account information must be accurate and belong to you. Do not share authentication links, invite codes, or accounts.
2. What GoChinChin provides
GoChinChin uses user-controlled profile information and AI-assisted recommendations to suggest people, groups, activities, places, events, and conversation ideas. Recommendations are not guarantees of identity, compatibility, availability, safety, or meeting quality.
3. Consent
Every match, chat, disclosure, and meeting requires the participants' explicit choices. Chin may suggest actions but cannot consent for you. Respect a pass, block, changed plan, or request to stop communicating.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, discriminate, spam, solicit illegal activity, evade blocks, share intimate content without consent, scrape the service, probe security, or use GoChinChin to harm another person. Do not upload content you lack the right to use.
5. Meetings and safety
You decide whether, when, and where to meet. Use public places, tell someone you trust, keep control of transport and personal information, and use check-in, report, block, and urgent-help tools when needed. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
6. Content and AI output
You retain rights in content you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. AI output may be incomplete or wrong; review it before relying on it. We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or safety rules.
7. Beta availability
The service is experimental and may change, pause, lose data, or be withdrawn. Premium labels and limits may be tested without charging money. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.
8. Account closure
You can permanently delete your account from Profile data controls. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature should survive, including safety, liability, and dispute provisions, remain effective after closure.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available without warranties. GoChinChin is not responsible for participant conduct or third-party venues, events, connectors, or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Questions can be sent to support@gochinchin.com. We may update these terms and will show a new effective date or request renewed acceptance when required.
