For sign-in links, invite access, verification review, or account problems, email support@gochinchin.com. Include the email used for your account, but never send passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, or private connector tokens.
Safety
For a GoChinChin interaction, use Report or Block in the match, chat, or meeting plan so the relevant safety context can be preserved. Use the meeting safety check-in for an active plan. Contact local emergency services immediately when anyone may be in danger.
Privacy and account deletion
Export and permanent deletion are available in Profile data controls. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@gochinchin.com. Read the Privacy Policy for data categories, service providers, retention, and rights.
Expected response
The closed beta is monitored on a best-effort basis. Safety reports are prioritized; ordinary account and product questions may take several business days. Automated messages from Chin are not a human support channel.
Useful details
When reporting a technical problem, include the platform (iOS or web), app version or build number, approximate time, and the screen where it happened. Avoid attaching private conversation content unless support specifically requests it through a secure channel.
